The Overview page of the Contacts app permits businesses to perform a series of operations.
It includes:
- Printing the contact in PDF
- Enabling the portal login
- Adding the contact to the target list
- Duplicating the existing contact
- Scheduling follow up for the contact
- Managing activities like appointments, tasks, notes, call logs, emails, etc.
