Search Contact

The Contacts app of Apptivo CRM enables users to perform two types of searches.

Simple Search lets you search using a search field located in the header bar. It takes a single search string as input, and all the records that have the search item will be displayed irrespective of the field.
Advanced Search allows users to perform searches for records with a value in a particular field. It can be more than one field at a time. All the records with the added value in the selected field in the Contacts app will alone be listed.
Choose the Advanced Search dropdown in the header bar to redirect to the Advanced Search side panel.
In the Advanced Search side panel, you can perform search operations for values in a particular field. It is a field-based search.
