Notifications

Apptivo CRM solution sends instant notifications to users whenever an action is performed in a contact, note, or document. This includes News Feeds and Email Feeds.

Select the More icon → Notifications option available in the App Header to redirect to the Notifications page.
From this section, you can configure to receive notifications on any actions carried out in contacts, notes, or documents.
For instance, you can configure to receive email and news feed when contact is duplicated or updated.
