You can create CRM objects in different ways based on the application, we have some unique method to collect CRM object. The following are the CRM apps which describes you to create each and every object:
Leads App
Leads can be created in five different ways:
- Leads can be created through Emails
- Enter lead information manually in lead creation page.
- Leads can be created from Google form
- Leads can be created from website.
- Leads can be imported from CSV (Note: You can import up to 5000 leads records at a time).
Contacts App
Contacts can be created in six different ways:
- Enter contact information manually in contact creation page.
- Import contact records from CSV (Note: You can import up to 5000 contacts records at a time).
- If your account customized with Email to case feature then for each case creation the contact will also be created simultaneously.
- When lead gets converted to contact, the new contact record will be created.
- Import Contact from Google.
- Import Contact from Yahoo.
Customers App
Customers can be created in four different ways:
- Enter customer information manually in customer creation page
- Import customer records from CSV (Note: You can import up to 5000 customers records at a time).
- Customers can be collected from emails.
- When lead gets converted to customer, the new customer record will be created.
Opportunities App
Opportunity information can be created in four different ways:
- Enter opportunity information manually in opportunity creation page
- Import opportunity records from CSV (Note: You can import up to 5000 opportunities records at a time).
- Opportunities can be collected from emails.
- When lead gets converted, the new opportunity record will be created.
Cases App
Cases can be created in three different ways:
- Enter case information manually in case creation page.
- Cases can be collected from emails.
- Create case from project.
