The Overview page of the Customers app is a one-stop solution to perform several actions for a particular customer profile.
It comprises:
- Printing the customer information in PDF
- Adding the customer to the target list
- Duplicating the existing customer information
- Enrolling the customer in the email sequence
- Converting the customer information to any other application
- Managing activities like follow-ups, appointments, tasks, notes, call logs, emails, etc.
