The Overview page of the Customers app is a one-stop solution to perform several actions for a particular customer profile.

It comprises:

• Printing the customer information in PDF
• Adding the customer to the target list
• Duplicating the existing customer information
• Enrolling the customer in the email sequence
• Converting the customer information to any other application
• Managing activities like follow-ups, appointments, tasks, notes, call logs, emails, etc.
