What is Sync?
The products managed on your WordPress site will remain in sync with Apptivo automatically. This page allows you to manually sync your WordPress site with the Apptivo Items App.
Anytime you create a new product or edit an existing product, a sync will be automatically completed. If you make changes to your products in the Items App, you will need to run a sync to load these products into WordPress.
When performing a sync, you will typically need to wait 2-4 minutes for the changes to be completed.
Can I change my products in Apptivo?
Yes, you can make any updates you’d like to your product inventory using the Items App in Apptivo. To make these changes available on your website, run a sync, and the results are published after a few minutes.
