Available Payment Gateways

The Apptivo eCommerce Plugin integrates with three payment gateways: PayPal, Authorize.net, and Google Checkout. These payment gateways are configured through your Apptivo account, and simply enabled/disabled from WordPress. To enable your payment gateways, follow the same instructions for the Apptivo Invoices App.

Where Will the User Make Payments?

If you are using Paypal or Google Checkout, the user will complete their payment on the third party website (Google or Paypal). They will review their shopping cart, shipping info, and totals on your website, then they will be sent to the third party for payment information, and returned back to your website for a final receipt.

If you are using Authorize.net and have secure checkout enabled, the user will be able to complete their payment directly from your website, without any sort of third party branding.

How many gateways can I use?

You have the option to enable one, two, or all three payment gateways. At the bottom of your shopping cart page, the user will see a link for each gateway, then they select their preference and complete the payment.
