Expense Reports by Customer

Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created By Customer.

  1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
  2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Expense Reports by Customer” from “General” drop down. 
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Customer Name – Search and select Existing Customer Name.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.
  5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image.

Expense Reports by Supplier

Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created By Supplier.

  1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
  2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Expense Reports by Supplier” from “General” drop down. 
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Supplier – Search and select the Supplier Name.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.
  5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image.

Expense Reports by Project

Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created for the projects.

  1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
  2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Expense Reports by Project” from “General” drop down. 
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Project Name – Search and select the existing Project.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.
  5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image.

Expense Reports by Employee

Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. You can able to view the Expense Reports by their Employees using an report option called “Expense Reports by Employee”.

  1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
  2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Expense Reports by Employee” from “General” drop down.
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Employee Name – Search and select the existing employee.
    • Start Date – Start date.
    • End Date – End date.
  5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image:
  6. Click on “Export” button to view report’s all fields/current fields in spreadsheet format. For instance “Current fields” were exported in below images

    Expense Reports by Customer

    Expense Reports by Supplier

    Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created By Supplier.

    1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
    2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
    3. Click on “Expense Reports by Supplier” from “General” drop down. 
    4. Provide the following information:
      • Supplier – Search and select the Supplier Name.
      • Start Date – Start date.
      • End Date – End date.
    5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image.

    Expense Reports by Project

    Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created for the projects.

    1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
    2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
    3. Click on “Expense Reports by Project” from “General” drop down. 
    4. Provide the following information:
      • Project Name – Search and select the existing Project.
      • Start Date – Start date.
      • End Date – End date.
    5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image.

    Expense Reports by Employee

    Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. You can able to view the Expense Reports by their Employees using an report option called “Expense Reports by Employee”.

    1. Click on Reports Icon located at the app header bar.
    2. You can view “General” drop down in left navigation panel.
    3. Click on “Expense Reports by Employee” from “General” drop down.
    4. Provide the following information:
      • Employee Name – Search and select the existing employee.
      • Start Date – Start date.
      • End Date – End date.
    5. Click on “View Report” button to view report in dashboard itself, as shown in below image:
    6. Click on “Export” button to view report’s all fields/current fields in spreadsheet format. For instance “Current fields” were exported in below images
