Introduction
Ledgers are the accounting software where the business transactions are recorded in an accounting system. In essence, a detailed-level information of individual transactions is stored in one of several possible journals, while the information in the journals is then summarized and transferred to a ledger.
A journal is a record of debit or credit transaction entered into a company’s accounting book. In Apptivo, you can create a journal allowing you to log the transactions in a chronological order.
