Create Target List

In Apptivo, you should create a target list before you proceed to launch a campaign. This target list can be associated with various other apps such as campaigns, promotions, leads, opportunities, customers and contacts.

Targets associated with CRM

Leads

• Go to the Leads App.
• Create or edit a lead.
• Add to the preferred target list.

Opportunities

• Go to the Opportunities App.
• Create or edit an opportunity.
• Add to the preferred target list.

Customers

• Go to the Customers App.
• Create or edit a customer.
• Add to the preferred target list.

Contacts

• Go to the Contacts App.
• Create or edit a contact.
• Add to the preferred target list.

Launch Campaign

In order to Launch a Campaign, firstly, you need to add the Target List into the campaign. This allows you to launch the campaign in bulk to the target size. The target list may contain the records with the combination of Leads, Contacts and Customers.

• Add Target List.
• Launch the Campaign.
