With the Field Services Management solution, you can perform two types of searches.
- Simple Search
- Advanced Search
In Simple Search, you can search using a search field located in the App Header bar. It takes a single search value as input, performs search operation across all the fields in the records, and the records that have the input value will be displayed irrespective of the field.
Advanced Search allows users to search records based on the value in a particular field. It can be multiple fields at a time. All the records with the added value in the selected field will appear in the results.
- Click the Advanced Search dropdown in the App Header bar to redirect to the Advanced Search side panel.
- The Advanced Search side panel carries out a field-based search from where you can perform selective searches.
