When the status of an invoice is changed in the Invoice app, it will be immediately updated in the Xero. This includes invoices that are marked as void. Consider an invoice is marked as Void in the Invoice app of Apptivo.
- It will be moved from the All invoices section and brought under the Void status of your Xero account.
- The voided invoices can be accessed by selecting the Include Deleted and Voided option during the Search operation.
